Portrait of Josephine Mirabella Elliott. Matted and framed. Card pasted to the back of the frame reads "Giuseppina / Watercolor on paper". Paper pasted to the back of the frame reads "Josephine (Giuseppina) Mirabella Elliott painted by her daughter, Claudia Elliott. This is a watercolor painting, and at the time of purchase was valued @ $200.00. The Elliott's [sic] are one of the pioneer families of New Harmony. Given to the Workingmen's Institute by Lena (Arlene) M. Feiner, August 10, 2016" |
